Women Build recruits, trains, and empowers women to make a difference in their community by building safe, energy-efficient, affordable homes. This isn’t just about building a house – it’s about energizing an entire community and future generations. No experience necessary! We provide the tools safety equipment and on-the-job training.
Register by April 10 to receive an Edisto Habitat for Humanity T-shirt. The deadline to register is April 22! Volunteers may sign up as a team or as an individual volunteer.
TEAMS: If you are signing up as a team, select one team member as the Team Captain who will create the team by clicking the "Create a Team" button
TEAM MEMBERS: If you have a team already created, click the "Join a Team or Sign Up to Volunteer" button, click your team's icon, and fill out the form.
INDIVIDUAL VOLUNTEERS: To sign up as an individual volunteer, click the "Join a Team or Sign Up to Volunteer" button and click the "Join as an Individual" button. You will then fill out the form to complete your registration.
Volunteers are asked to arrive at 8:30 a.m. Our Women Build program will begin at 9:00 am with volunteer activities to follow. Volunteers will be painting the home and other activities.
Donations are not required to attend this event (We will be accepting donations on the day of the event)
All volunteers must sign our Volunteer Wavier. This can be done online by scrolling down or on the day of the event.
