In Support of Edisto Habitat for Humanity
Edisto Habitat for Humanity builds new construction homes in Orangeburg County and sells them to individuals at a 0% interest mortgage. Our Homeownership Program is designed to be accessible to qualified low-to-moderate-income individuals and families who cannot qualify for a conventional loan. The homes we build are not just simple and decent but also highly affordable, thanks to our donors, volunteers, and interest-free mortgages.
